Nordic Baths

The experience of the Nordic baths is an ancient tradition of alternating between periods of hot and cold resulting is the ultimate in relaxation.

The baths are meant to be enjoyed outdoors and those who indulge in them benefit from a renewed sense of energy and stress relief, restoring the body’s natural equilibrium.

The heating period allows your body to naturally expel toxins through perspiration. The quick cooling period encourages the body to produce endorphins which naturally induce an overall sense of well being and relaxation. The final step is to lie back, relax, and allow your body time to return to its normal rhythm, whilst stress and tensions slip away. 

To ensure you enjoy the full benefits we recommend that your repeat the process over the period of 2-3 hours. Our facilities are open Tuesday- Sunday from 10am -10pm; however we do ask that you arrive no later than 8:30 pm in order to enjoy this unique experience to the fullest.

No reservation is required for the baths, this service is available to adults 18 years or older and is not recommended for expecting mothers, those suffering from heart problems, high blood pressure, respiratory difficulties, diabetes or angina.

Please note that you will need to bring along a bathing suit, and beach sandals; however it is our pleasure to provide you with bottled water and towels. Robes, spa sandals and towels are available for rent at an extra charge.
