One or two eggs any style, bacon, ham, or sausage, homefries, toast and coffee or tea.  Substitute bacon with peameal bacon.

Two eggs any style served with bacon, sausage, baked beans, homefries, toast and coffee or tea.
Canadian Scramble
Two scrambled eggs mixed with chopped onions & green peppers on a toasted English muffin, topped with diced tomatoes, goat cheese & hollandaise sauce, served with homefries.
Omelette or Crêpe du Jour
Eggs or crêpes?  You decide!  Stuffed with your choice of 3 of the following ingredients: mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, asparagus, cheese, ham, chicken, or bacon, served with
homefries and toast.
Steak & Eggs
Two eggs any style served with a steak grilled to your liking, homefries and toast, coffee or tea.

Two poached eggs and peameal bacon served on an English muffin and covered with Hollandaise sauce.

Casareccia Al Pollo
Pasta tossed with roasted chicken, mushrooms, peppers and pesto butter topped with toasted pine nuts.
Chicken Tetrazinni
Roasted chicken, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes tossed with linguine noodles and a pesto cream sauce.
Linguine Pescie
Linguine noodles bound in a white wine sauce with scallops, shrimp and crab, garnished with fresh poached mussels.
Cannelloni
Three cheese cannelloni, combined with sun-dried tomatoes and herbs, topped with marinara sauce.

A fillet of northern Canadian pickerel pan-fried in herb butter with fresh lemon and white wine, topped with toasted almonds.
Fisherman’s Feast
Succulent sea scallops, jumbo shrimp, mussels and haddock loin paired with a Sambucca and saffron sauce.
Cedar Planked Salmon Fillet
Fresh cedar planked fillet of salmon served with delicious homemade lobster butter.
Maple Seared Scallops & Shrimps

Classic Dinners
All our steaks are specially aged for a minimum of 28 days for extra tenderness.  Served with your choice of a stuffed baked potato, roasted garlic mashed potatoes or rice pilaf, and fresh sautéed vegetables of the day.  Add your choice of a house or Caesar salad for $2.99.  You can also add sautéed mushrooms or onions for $1.99.

Prime Rib au Jus
Premium aged prime rib known for its succulent taste and flavour, oven roasted in its own juices.  Available Friday and Saturday night only.

The Coureur des Bois
